1) The Restaurant will provide room set-up comprising the items set out in the Schedule above.
2) The movement and removal of any such items within and from the Restaurant (as the case maybe) shall be done by you carefully and shall not cause any damage to the Restaurant. Any damage resulting from such movement or removal shall be made good by you or by the Restaurant at your expense.
Deposit
20% deposit upon confirmation.
50% deposit upon food tasting.
20% deposit 90 days before event.
10% remaining before event.
Cheque payable to Singapore Hospitality Group Pte Ltd
In the event of any cancellation of the Function by client, other than as a result of the Restaurant’s breach of the Terms & Conditions or inability to provide the Services, the deposit shall be forfeited.
Full Payment / Balance Payment
Full Payment/ Balance Payment can be settled on the actual day.
Cancellation Policy
P lease note that in the event of any cancellation or postponement of the event, the deposit will be forfeited.
Others
Please note that strictly no food (other than those supplied by the restaurant) will be allowed in the function rooms.
Please note that usage of the alfresco area will be charged at an additional cost.
We trust the above is in order. Please be aware that your signature to this letter constitutes a binding agreement between the Restaurant and yourself.
